Here is a Sample Agenda:
10 am Welcome, quick go around (pop corn style), ground rules, goals and expectations (see slide deck for inspiration!)
10:30 Morning plenary - Unlike many barcamps, we often have a plenary speaker (either in person or via Skype video) to unify the theme - mobile tech 4 social change writ large. There are many possibilities for speakers, both local and elsewhere, so if you need suggestions, please be in touch!
11:15 First set of breakout sessions
12:30 Lunch
1:30 Speed Geeks and Application Demos -- we have these often in a separate area from lunch but nearby so that people can see tools, play with them, and ask developers and otehrs questions in an informal way while eating their food.
2:15 Second set of breakout sessions
3:30 Third set of breakout sessions
4:30 Wrap-up/closing plenary/closing thoughts
5:00 Adjourn and optional post-camp get together at a local pub.
If you are curious about how exactly breakout sessions are organized, take a look at these pictures from our recent Washsington DC, San Francisco, and New York City camps to catch a glimple of what the 'big marketplace' wall of sessions looks like.
